Our DHA apartments are in two buildings: Gold Crest in Phase 4 and Penta Square in Phase 5. Both are residential towers with a mall in the same building, so groceries, food and shopping do not mean going back out onto the road.
Gold Crest is the busier address, with the apartments on floors five to fourteen directly above Gold Crest Mall. Penta Square is a complex rather than a single tower, and our units are on the upper residential floors of the main block, away from the mall traffic. Both have reception, lifts and covered basement parking, free for guests.
Check-in is the same as anywhere else we operate: a CNIC or passport, original or a clear copy, and nothing else.

Two. Gold Crest is in DHA Phase 4, with the apartments on floors five to fourteen above Gold Crest Mall. Penta Square is in DHA Phase 5, on the upper residential floors of the main tower beside Penta Square Mall.
Are the DHA apartments inside a mall?
Both buildings have a mall attached. Gold Crest Mall sits directly below the Gold Crest apartments, and Penta Square has its mall in the same complex, so food, groceries and shops do not involve going outside.
Is parking free at the DHA apartments?
Yes. Gold Crest and Penta Square both include free covered basement parking for guests.
