At 1,203 sq ft this is a big one-bedroom, and it is furnished to use the space rather than fill it. The bed is low and rounded in cream, with framed abstract paintings above it and a full walnut wardrobe wall. The lounge has a curved loveseat in cream and terracotta, an arc floor lamp, small brass side tables, and a walnut slatted TV unit with open shelves. Warm wood floors run throughout.
Penta Square is the DHA Phase 5 complex with the mall in its own block, and our apartments are on the upper residential floors, away from the shopping traffic. For a couple, or a business traveller who wants a quiet luxury apartment in DHA with room to work, it is one of our best. The building
Penta Square is a complex rather than a single tower. Block A is the main sixteen-storey residential building over three basements, Blocks C to F are lower residential blocks, and Block B holds the mall. Our apartments are on the upper residential floors, away from the mall traffic, with reception, lift access and covered parking.
