About this apartment
Box mouldings panel every wall in white, and nearly everything else is cream or oak, so the colour comes from one piece: a curved terracotta bouclé sofa with round cream cushions. Linen curtains run floor to ceiling across the lounge window. The bedroom keeps the same palette, with a cream upholstered bed, white bedding and one rust cushion, and a vase of dried pampas. The kitchen has oak cabinets, a granite counter, a black glass hob and glass-fronted cupboards stacked with white cups. It is 1,130 sq ft, one bedroom and one bathroom, for two.
Without the marble or dark wood of our other Penta Square one-beds, it is the light, quiet one. Penta Square is a complex in DHA Phase 5, with the mall in its own block, cafés on the ground floor and the Main Boulevard about two minutes away, and our apartments are on the upper residential floors, away from the mall traffic. As a 1 bedroom apartment in DHA Phase 5 it suits a weekend or a month, with daily housekeeping and WhatsApp replies within five minutes.

The building
Penta Square is a complex rather than a single tower. Block A is the main sixteen-storey residential building over three basements, Blocks C to F are lower residential blocks, and Block B holds the mall. Our apartments are on the upper residential floors, away from the mall traffic, with reception, lift access and covered parking.
