Can a student book a Zameen Opal flat without a guardian?
Yes. Any guest 18 or older can book directly with a valid CNIC — no guardian or family member needed, including students booking a Zameen Opal studio or one-bedroom in Johar Town.
Do you offer a discount for a monthly or six-month booking?
Yes — a flat 10 to 15 percent discount applies to monthly and six-month apartment bookings across Gold Crest, Penta Square, Zameen Opal, and our Gulberg flats. Six-month stays are available with utility bills included or without. Message us for the exact rate on your apartment and dates.
Do you ask any extra questions at check-in besides ID?
No. A CNIC or passport is the complete requirement for every Yolu Stay apartment booking. There are no follow-up questions about marital status, purpose of stay, or anything else.
