About this apartment
One long room, laid out in zones. At one end is the bed, with a black headboard trimmed in gold, green floral bedding, two spiral pendant lights and a red waterfall painting above. In the middle, two black tub chairs face each other across a checkerboard side table under a brass arc lamp, beside a walnut slatted panel and a floating TV shelf. The kitchen runs along the opposite wall: granite counters, a Smeg ceramic hob and a washing machine. The bathroom has marble-look walls, a glass shower and a vessel basin.
This is our only studio in Penta Square, the DHA Phase 5 complex with a mall on its ground and second floors. It suits one person or a couple, for a short stay, a work trip or a month in DHA, and the washing machine means a longer booking does not involve a laundry run. Reception is staffed around the clock, parking is covered, housekeeping comes daily, and a message to us gets a reply within five minutes.

The building
Penta Square is a complex rather than a single tower. Block A is the main sixteen-storey residential building over three basements, Blocks C to F are lower residential blocks, and Block B holds the mall. Our apartments are on the upper residential floors, away from the mall traffic, with reception, lift access and covered parking.

What do I need to check in to Penta Square Studio?
A CNIC or passport, original or a clear copy, nothing else. Verification happens once at reception, registered through Hotel Eye as Punjab law requires, and after that Penta Square Studio is yours privately for the stay.
Is a deposit required for Penta Square Studio?
No, not for a standard booking. For events or larger groups we may ask for a refundable amount, and we'll say so before you confirm.
Can I book Penta Square Studio for just one night?
Yes, one night is the minimum stay, at PKR 16,500. The same booking process applies whether it's one night or a month.
Is there a discount for a longer stay at Penta Square?
Yes, monthly and six-month bookings get a flat 10 to 15 percent off the nightly rate. Message us for the exact figure on Penta Square Studio.
Are there cameras inside Penta Square Studio?
No. No Yolu apartment has a camera installed inside it, as a standing policy across every building we operate in.
