About this apartment
Grey marble covers the main walls, cut with thin gold strips, and a painting of a glowing blue-and-yellow tree hangs in a gold frame over the dining table. The table seats six on cream bouclé tub chairs, and beyond it a grey L-shaped sofa sits under a brass globe chandelier by a white latticed window, facing a walnut-slatted TV wall. The bedroom has a cream curved bed and its own latticed window. The kitchen is fully fitted, with an induction hob, a built-in oven and microwave, a dishwasher and an integrated fridge, and the bathroom is white marble with a walk-in glass shower and a vessel basin.
This is the one-bed to book when guests are coming over, since few one-bedrooms have a table for six. Penta Square is in DHA Phase 5, with its own mall in the complex, cafés on the ground floor and the Main Boulevard about two minutes away. It is a luxury apartment in DHA without a second bedroom to pay for. Housekeeping comes daily, reception is staffed around the clock, and the generator keeps the AC on through load-shedding.

The building
Penta Square is a complex rather than a single tower. Block A is the main sixteen-storey residential building over three basements, Blocks C to F are lower residential blocks, and Block B holds the mall. Our apartments are on the upper residential floors, away from the mall traffic, with reception, lift access and covered parking.
