About this apartment
Of our three Park House studios, this is the most deliberately decorated, at the same price as the plainest. An olive-green accent wall behind the bed, a quilted cream headboard panel, pendant lights either side instead of a single overhead fixture, and real framed prints rather than a generic canvas.
It has the same footprint and layout as our Classic Studio; the difference is a decor choice, not a size difference. Minutes from Main Boulevard and Liberty Market, with round-the-clock reception, free basement parking and backup power throughout. For a designer studio apartment in Lahore on a business trip or a short city break, it is the one with the most character for the money. Housekeeping is daily.

The building
ParkHouse runs to nine levels, six floors above ground over two basements, minutes from Main Boulevard and Liberty Market. It was built as studios and one-bedrooms only, so the apartments are compact by design rather than by subdivision.

What do I need to check in to Designer Studio?
A CNIC or passport, original or a clear copy — nothing else. Verification happens once at reception, registered through Hotel Eye as Punjab law requires, and after that Designer Studio is yours privately for the stay.
Is a deposit required for Designer Studio?
No, not for a standard booking. For events or larger groups we may ask for a refundable amount, and we'll say so before you confirm.
Can I book Designer Studio for just one night?
Yes — one night is the minimum stay, at PKR 10,000. The same booking process applies whether it's one night or a month.

No. No Yolu apartment has a camera installed inside it, as a standing policy across every building we operate in.
